On November 8th, The YIN Philippines organized the 3rd YIN Night.
The YIN welcomes Companies, NGOs, LGUs, international institutions, schools, universities, and local communities to present the YIN’s actions and talk about the professional inclusion of the most excluded Youth in the Philippines. This YIN night was a great moment to learn more on the challenges faced by the Youth to integrate the corporate world and the best practices to include them with inspiring speakers: Manual Fernandez - CEO of Sodexo of Benefits and Rewards, Maria Margarita Baula - UNICEF Corporate Partnerships, Inès Cammoun - LP4Y Philippines Coordinator, Iking Corpus - ADB Youth Employment Solution Specialist, Luz Victoria Amponin - TESDA Executive Director Partnerships and Linkages Office and Christopher John Costales - CGI Director HR Shared Services.
The YIN Night was also a sharing time thanks to the live talks lead by Nadège Iff from Decathlon and Lesley Ordinario from Microsourcing. During the live talks, former LP4Y Youths, as well as a Youth from ACAY, now integrated in the corporate world gave testimonies : Nickson Balbin - MicroSourcing Junior Data Analyst, Mayvelyn Z. Atregenio - CGI employee, Maryjane Capal - Decathlon Sports Leader Dance and Charlene Monforte - current LP4Y Youth. And of the YIN Members: Rose Caluste of Capgemini, Emerson Enriquez - Accenture, Karl Matthew Coligado - AB Heineken, Maria Krisanta Zara - Sodexo OSS, Nicolas Cabaret - Decathlon, Marie Pearl Martinez - MicroSourcing.
The Night was concluded by a networking time were current and future actors of the Youth inclusion in the society could share experiences and point of views.
