Increasing young people’s economic empowerment requires the active commitment of stakeholders. Active involvement of youth throughout a program’s lifecycle strengthens the relevance and sustainability of youth employment interventions. A positive intergenerational relationship will help maximize each generation’s contributions to attain better development outcomes for all.
