On 11th May 2022, Debajyoti PAUL visited the Green Village West Bengal (LP4Y) for a Testimony for Batch 8, 9 and 10 which were 25 in total.
Debajyoti is an active partner for GV West Bengal and the YIN, his actions for the center are always full of enthusiasm and motivation for the youths.
During this testimony, he mentioned how he started his own start up, CAREER GUIDE, what it means to be an expert in career counseling and how important for him is to share his knowledge with LP4Y.
He also mentioned some areas which are very essential in today's competitive world like:
1) Why Public Speaking is so important?
2) Professional Resume
3) Advocacy- Competition with the graduates in job market.
4) How to prepare yourself for the job market?
And finally a question answer round with the Youths. The Youths found the session very interactive and interesting and wanted to have more this kind of workshops offline in the centers.
