Last July 12th, 2018, socially progressive and pioneer companies met in Manila in order to share the latest updates on the work of the Youth Inclusion Network committees.
An Employee Handbook that will list all the requirements needed when first starting a job has been created. The document will also explain what are the employees' rights and benefits and will serve as a guide for the Youth when first entering the professional world. Guidelines on how to better integrate a Youth once hired will also be designed. The work done by the YIN Philippines is groundbreaking and will serve as a model for the creation of other YIN entities throughout Asia. #YINVietnamcomingsoon!
